Newborn, Baby, Maternity & Cake Smash/Bath Splash Photography
Chiswick Child Photographer Catherine Orr Deas has been photographing newborn babies, pregnant women, older babies and their families for many years. Catherine also offers First Birthday Cake Smash and Bath Splash Photography.
Catherine is a mother herself and appreciates the importance of creating a relaxed comfortable environment that places the wellbeing and contentment of babies (and new parents) first.
Newborn sessions take 3-4 hours (occasionally longer with twins) to ensure that there is plenty of time for feeds/cuddles/changes/settling in addition to the creation of a wide variety of beautiful baby and family portraits.
The studio is kept at a warm temperature and benefits from plenty of natural (as well as studio) lighting.
The studio is well equipped with a variety of baby props, backgrounds, hats, outfits, tutus, headbands etc
Chiswick Child Photography's package pricing structure is fully transparent and inclusive of session time, individual image enhancement, private webpage viewing gallery, print plus email quality digital images and prints/products. The only additional costs are for parking and postage and packing. This means that there are no hard sell viewing sessions and clients can select their images from the comfort of their own homes.
Catherine recommends that newborn photography sessions are booked as soon as possible after babies are born for when they are 6-10 days old but is flexible in order to meet the specific needs of families who may need or prefer to come a little later.
The Newborn Gallery of Chiswick Child Photography's website gives clear examples of Catherine's work and Catherine recommends clients to let her know that favourite/preferred photographic styles beforehand in order to prioritise these during the photoshoot and editing process. Clients are also welcome to bring their own ideas/suggestions.
